DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE LIVES OF CHILDREN
WHO WE ARE
Houston Junior Woman’s Club (HJWC), founded in 1968 by Mrs. Betty Jukes, is an organization of women dedicated to providing charitable, benevolent, educational and other similar services to improve the lives of children in the community.
WHAT WE DO

WHAT WE DO
Throughout the year, the Members of HJWC give of their time and talents through volunteer service at Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston, Texas Children’s Hospital and the Craft Project. Craft Members create unique and quality handcrafted items sold at HJWC’s annual fundraising event. For more information about our service projects click here.
Aside from volunteering at Service Projects, the women of HJWC work tirelessly to raise funds that are distributed to non-profit organizations directly benefitting children in the Houston community. HJWC is a 501 (c)(3) organization and has donated over $7,000,000 to these non-profit organizations. For more information on our fundraising efforts click here.
